I take this time to share with you all today about our breathing process. There are four stages in our breathing which lots of people don't know and I m about to explain here to you.

According to my research in the Hebrew passage, I found this piece of information which is very vital for us as a human being to know. We can not remain in ignorance for long and having the Ruah HaKodesh will open up these things to us by downloading the truth in us

 

 The four stages of breathing are as follows:

 

 Before I jump into it let me tell you something! our breathing goes into a rhythm - as we know what this word really is, a strong regular repeating pattern of movement or sound - you can listen to the rhythm of a person breathing - from here we get the skill of music. Just bear in mind when the father breathe Chay'yim /life in ish/man & ishshah/woman we understand that both did receive it through Adam. What I meant by that according to the Torah it says that YHWH has put ish/man in a deep sleep and took ishshah from his side - which in my opinion according to the Hebrew word Chay'yim means plural - so why would YHWH use the plural form if he's not saying chavah is locked inside of Adam - so when YHWH breathe into him both received it and then he sperated them from each other. This is what Bereshith/genesis 2:7 said in the Hebrew:

 

way-yi-ser YHWH Elohim et ha-a-dam a-par min ha-a-da-mah way-yip-par bi-ap-paw mis-mat chay-yim way-hi ha-a-dam li-ne-pes chay-yah.  

 

And YHWH Elohim formed the man out of dust from the ground and breathed into his nostrils breath of life. And the man become a living being.

 

I have highlighted the words |Chay-yim| in green to point out to you the difference between these two words used herein scripture |Chay-yim means the breath of life| whereas |Chay-yah means the breath of living|

 

 

In Hebrew Chedvah/joy comes from the word Chad which means sharp the cutting edge and this also means Elohim is one with his people. There are several Hebrew words for the word joy but at this stage, we are speaking of the original one - the mother for all because from my opinion if there is no chedvah how can man live to celebrate the other so this is the vital one that we need to draw to Chedvah. This word is spelled with four letters in Hebrew |chet|dalet|vav|hai|, each of these letters have a numerical value so chet is 8 dalet 4, vav 6, hei 5

 

Now coming to the four stages of breathing which is very essential to mankind the first stage will be our |Sheifa - Inhale the air into the lungs then you |Blimah - hold the breath then you |Neshifah - exhale then finally you |Menuchah - rest. These are the techniques of our breathing cycle. Since Yahuwah breathed in us to give us our nephesh/soul we, in turn, should give him todah/thanks with these words from the book of Devarim/Deuteronomy 6:4

 

|Shema, Yisra'el: Yahuwah Elohe'nu  Yahuwah echad.|  Hear, O Yisra'el: YHWH our Elohim, YHWH is one.|

 

You may ask how then can we operate under this using these techniques in our breathing - just bear in mind that you had been doing this from the time you were born so it is something your body is accustom to but knowing the human nature when we first learn something how the brain reacts!! It comes with I don't know how to...which reminds  me of this question one of Yuhshua talmidim asked him, the question was show us the father and Yuhshua said to the talmid [You] have been with me all these time Philippos and yet you don't know? he who has seen me has seen the father |Yohanan/John 14:8|

 

you see, in an earlier conversion Toma/Thomas was saying to Yuhshua that they don't know the way so how can they understand where he is going. All that time Mashiach had been teaching yet we find this statement was raise like us today - so Toma plays that role to show how in the end we would be so amazed.

Always have this on you, before a person activates something of Eloah there are four keys sitting dormant which the body of Mashiach refuse to apple and they are |Keter - crown|   |Chochmah - wisdom|   |Da'at - knowledge|   |Binah - understanding| - these four keys are weapons if we know how to use them but most of the time we live in such ignorance - don't like taking a rebuke etc because in our minds we believe nobody should do that. how foolish can we get using statements like this? All of our lives we had been walking these four keys with our breathing but like scripture had told us for the lack of da'at/knowledge people perish and this means those individuals have lost they way to divine truth.

 

Now let me show you some reality here!|Keter - crown is the head of our body which messages the other members of our bodies what is to be done and follow by the don't.   |Chochmah - wisdom she said in the book of Mishley/Proverbs 8:22-31 YHWH has possessed her before everything meaning #chochmah was there in the inception of things so who else can you ask but her - so her job is to alert mankind when to sheifa/inhale 8 seconds; follow by blimah/hold the breath  for 4 seconds  then da'at/knowledge message   neshifah/to exhale for 6 seconds which brings it to binah/understanding signal when to menuchah/rest for 5 seconds and start all over again. So your breathing goes in cycles.

 

There are many Hebrew words for the word joy but they are used in different meanings lets look at them in this paragraph. |Simcha - this means happiness in the most full sense - in the book of Luqas/luke 1:14 tells Zekaryah that he shall have joy and gladness, and many shall rejoice at the birth of yohanan next place we see it is in verse 44 where Elisheba/elizebeth says to Miryam/mary that when the sound of your greetings reach to my ear the infant in my womb leaped for joy. [you can also look at Luqas 2:10]  |Gila is a stronger sensation of joy it is more transient and worldly it mostly moves in your wave emotional section if perhaps the answer is not what you want to hear but you will still try to show a front.   |Rina this relating to singing and dancing - like the clapping of hands and singing unto Eloah telling him how you been appreciative of him supporting you.   |ditza the same to do with your dance in YHWH.
